Orders are shipped via CANADA POST OR PUROLATOR. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

We take great care in packaging your jewelry to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at SALES@SILVERFX.CA with your order number. We will investigate the issue and offer a solution based on the circumstances (replacement or refund).

We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@silverfx.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
